Lynn has been in the industry for more than 21 years, attending numerous courses at Vidal Sassoon Beverly Corbella and Toni & Guy. A focused and inspired stylist, Lynn specialises in everything from edgy haircuts, to classic bobs and Great Lengths Hair Extensions, with stunning results.
She brings experience, energy and enthusiasm to her role as General Manager of the Aitch Salons and is a firm believer in the importance of motivating the team by ongoing education.
James trained with Leonard of Mayfair and as well as being a top stylist, has collaborated on high-profile fashion shows, and TV campaigns for names such as Chanel and YSL.
James is defined by his clean and precise cutting – from subtly changes to a classic bob. His finishes range from polished and sleek to what could be described as architectural masterpieces!

Chloe’s hairdressing career commenced in 2005 and she joined the Aitch & Aitch Team in 2013. Chloe’s passion is creative colouring, incorporating the latest trends, techniques and seasonal tones.
She feels that some people rely on physical appearance to bring out their personality, so a touch of hair colour goes a long way, although she agrees it is still important to take a clients lifestyle into account.
I have always had an interest in hair and I find the transformation of colour very rewarding. I put 100% into my work and it gives me great pleasure to see my clients leave feeling happy.”
Lucia has been in the hairdressing industry for more than 18 years. After training at the West End’s Alan D College, she worked in Mayfair for over 12 years as a Stylist/Technician before broadening her skills to teach trainees in hair styling for Westminster Adult Education services. Lucia specialises in highlighting and is passionate about learning new colour techniques, taking pride in the process and seeing the end results.

Alex was inspired by her mother – also a hairdresser – to go into the hairdressing industry and had a brush in her hand from the age of five! She trained at the West End’s Alan D College before making her mark as a stylist in south-east London salons.
A bubbly personality with a flair for putting clients at ease, she takes inspiration from hair and fashion magazines (Vogue is favourite) and online fashion websites such as Asos.
“I have a fascination with hair and how a cut can change a whole appearance; how it lifts people in their everyday lives and heightens morale. It is powerful.”
Aimee’s interest in hair began in her childhood when she was encouraged by her grandmother who used rollers and finger waves. Aimee accompanied her to a salon every week.
After leaving school at 17, she worked in Australia for six months, returning to the UK to train at Shears Academy where she graduated with a level 3 NVQ in hairdressing. She gained valuable experience in London for four years before joining Aitch SE24.

Katy’s devotion to hair stems from her fascination of how making even a little difference to a hairstyle can change someone’s appearance dramatically. Her calm, reassuring demeanour will instantly put you at ease, ensuring you get the relaxing and enjoyable hair experience you deserve.
“I knew I wanted to train as a colourist from a very early age. I am hugely passionate about colour!”
Matilda stared her career at the age of 14, completing her training at a south-east London salon and at a London college.
She loves all aspects of colour, specialising in the Balayage and Ombre techniques.
